With the launch of our new players to syndicated ChinesePod/SpanishSense lessons on your own blog, website, etc. (see SpanishSense now and ChinesePod on Thursday), it seemed appropriate to use Google Maps newly released embeddable map for ourselves. If you have ever wondered where the Praxis Language office is in Shanghai:

Nice map. Would have been helpful in July when we visited. Would have made for a lot less walking in circles.

Just type in the post code – hey presto.
I find the hybrid map is better in built up places. When it’s set up!

I’ll have to remember to take my GPS when I visit early October, though I guess a good map might do too

BTW, you might want to add those coordinates and link to your contact page, and make all of this available in the mobile version if it’s gonna be of any use

    Goulnik,
I don’t know why but my french GPS refused to work last year in Guangzhou and Hong Kong.
It couldn’t get any of the satellites over China (I’ve tried in really big and open fields.)
Do you know why ? Should I buy a chinese GPS next time ?

This small and basic GPS is working very well in Europe.

I have no idea, will take mine and see what happens (it’s a Garmin one without maps but it shouldn’t make any difference)
